We stand by our furniture with a one-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as damage that may occur during shipping, starting on the date of delivery. This includes most of our upholstered furniture such as sofas, chairs, sectionals, benches, ottomans, sleepers, beds, and chaises. Warranty coverage does not apply to our home décor items such as pillows, throws, poufs or decor.   

For the warranty to be valid, you must be able to produce the original purchase confirmation email containing the order number and email address used to place the order. The one-year warranty is only valid on products purchased directly from Kinly or an authorized retailer. The warranty is voided if the product has been resold or re-gifted by the original owners/purchasers. Our one-year warranty covers all defective or damaged parts and manufacturing not related to consumer-caused damage or modification. Warranties are valid only when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. It’s important to understand that Kinly's standard warranty typically applies only to defects, not to damages caused by the following, but not limited to: 

• Normal wear and tear 
• Misuse 
• Accidents 
• Negligence 
• Abnormal use 
• Modifications 
• Improper cleaning, care, or storage 
• Pets 
• Natural disasters 
• Commercial use 

 Additionally, we’ve partnered with ServeCo (https://www.serveco.com) to offer a three-year or five-year extended warranty for purchase at checkout. Customers will have the option to add this coverage on the Order Confirmation page. The cost of the extended warranty is dependent upon the warranty term and the amount spent on the furniture. 

Exclusions 

Warranty is only valid in the contiguous 48 states, and will be voided if the item is shipped by a third party outside the US, or forwarded to Alaska or Hawaii. 

Shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.  
Clearance items are excluded from warranty and return policies.  

Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not transfer. Warranty timelines are based on the original purchase date and do not restart if a replacement is given. 

Cancellation Policy 

Made to Order, Ready to Ship, & Clearance Pieces:

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, and you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Clearance pieces are excluded from the cancellation policy.
