How to Choose the Right Size

Before selecting your furniture, we recommend measuring your space and thinking about how the room will be used day to day.

Helpful tips:

• Measure wall-to-wall and doorways before ordering
• Leave at least 30–36 inches for walkways
• Consider how many people will regularly use the piece
• Think about scale — a large sectional can overwhelm a small room

Sofa Sizes Explained

Apartment / Small Sofa 
Best for: small living rooms, apartments, and offices 
Comfortably seats 2 people

Standard Sofa 
Best for: most living rooms 
Comfortably seats 3 people

Large / Oversized Sofa 
Best for: open floor plans and family rooms 
Comfortably seats 3–4 people

Left-Facing vs Right-Facing 
Facing is determined by the side the chaise or extended portion is on when you’re standing in front of the sectional.

• Left-Facing: chaise is on your left
• Right-Facing: chaise is on your right
